I am licensed by the State of Illinois and the Office of Banks and Real Estate, License # 450.0001390.  I have gone through extensive training and am required to receive continuing education training each year.

I generate reports using software that is a leader in the Home Inspection Industry. The reports are in a narrative format to offer a clear and simple to read description of the condition of the home with a summary of the defects at the end of the report. I will not provide a vague checklist type report like other Home Inspectors. I provide a bound, easy to read hard copy of the report. I can also provide it by fax or email if you prefer. The report prioritizes the findings and points out the differences between major and minor problems to help you identify which problems need immediate attention. The report accurately describes the property's condition without dramatizing or minimizing the inspection results.
